Jawhratelkmal Kanu is a Sudanese economist specializing in political economy and program management. She is a founding member of the Sudanese Women Economists Association (SWEA) and currently works as a Program Officer at the United States Institute of Peace (USIP), while engaging in several international networks on policy and development in Africa.
