Wagner is a human geographer and works as a research assistant at the German Center for Integration and Migration Research (DeZIM) in Berlin as part of the National Discrimination and Racism Monitor (NaDiRa). There, she is responsible for the development of the research field "Nexus Racism – Antisemitism".
