Yuli Novak is an Israeli human rights activist, born in 1982 in Tel Aviv. She studied law and served as an officer in the Israeli air force from 2000 to 2005. Since 2023, she has headed B’Tselem, a Jerusalem-based Israeli NGO that documents human rights violations in the occupied Palestinian territories. (Photo: B'Tselem)
