Arabic 'Booker Prize' for Ibrahim Nasrallah

Palestinian writer Ibrahim Nasrallah has won the International prize for Arabic fiction with "The Second War of the Dog", a novel hailed by the judges as “a masterful vision of a dystopian future in a nameless country”.
