Human Rights Watch: Abduction and torture of minors in Egypt

Egypt's police, its national security agency and military personnel arbitrarily arrested and tortured minors, with the country's judiciary apparently allowing the perpetrators to go unpunished. Human Rights Watch has documented several cases.
