Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain and Egypt have signed an agreement to end a 3.5 year blockade of Qatar. In 2017, the four countries closed their borders to the Gulf state; shut their airspace to Qatari planes; and left families stranded. While all sides have agreed to restore relations, it's unclear whether the issues at the heart of the dispute have been resolved. So can they put the mistrust behind them?
